How Does the Adidas Adipower Multiweight perform?

It comes with the Multiweight system, which is a powerful weight and balance customization system that allows players to add or remove 13 screws on the side and top of the racket frame to alter the weight of the racket by 12 grams.
The system really works and has been measured to move the balance of the racket significantly from a low racket balance of 25 centimeters to a high balance racket of 27 centimeters.
This effectively gives the player access to multiple rackets in one.
Imagine that you normally play on the right side of the court, but you are playing with a left-handed friend, so you switch to the left-side.
You could, in this case, make your Adipower Multiweight more head-heavy with a few turns of a screw in order to have more powerful smashes.
Similarly, when playing on a damp, cool day, you could decide to bring your racket's balance lower for higher maneuverability and precision.
This system is truly powerful, however, if this seems like too much work, we recommend considering other, less expensive models without this feature.
This racket is large, heavy, and very powerful, which makes it a joy at the net, but players will find themselves under more pressure when defending.

Expert Reviews of the Adidas Adipower Multiweight

Fabio Ferro

The Multiweight system is truly effective at changing the weight and balance of the racket, much more than the Metalbone system. You can alter the balance of the racket between roughly 25 and 27cm.

The Multiweight system is great. This racket has a high balance, low ball output for a great dry touch in volleys and in the aerial game. This year’s Adipower Spin Blade system has been weakened compared to last year’s. The Adidas handles are very short.
