- Very good for those looking for a medium touch diamond without too high of a balance with a long handle. I recommend it for those looking for control at high speeds. It’s a very versatile racket.
- Great control even at faster speeds
- Easy to maneuver, it’s not a very demanding racket. Very easy to use in the back of the court with its decent sweet spot and easy maneuverability
Cons
- In smashes, I have contradictory feelings. It’s not the most powerful racket. I would like a more reactive core. It’s comparable with a Bullpadel Vertex or an AT10 12K.
- Slightly larger sweet spot than standard. Perhaps because of the distribution of the holes around the edge of the racket face, I felt like I wasn’t penalized when missing the sweet spot - the sensations were nearly the same wherever I hit the ball.

About the Drop-shot X-Bass
X-Bass
Dropshot’s X-Bass is a teardrop was slightly softened this year with the brand’s new EVA pro. Otherwise it is the same as previous year’s versions.
Note that some of our reviewers received models with high balances (28cm) that granted a lot of power and decreased maneuverability while others received models with medium balances (26cm) that were more versatile.
That gives me concern regarding the quality assurance practices at Drop Shot.

"Best for high intermediate, advanced players who like to shoot bombs and have the strength and technique to do - its high balance. Dropshot’s EVA Pro is different this year (2023) - it is white (previously black) and softer than last year’s version."
